Vidonyx provides a high-fidelity, AI-powered studio environment that creates AI avatar marketing videos, performs voice cloning, and creates dynamic subtitles. Features and pricing are subject to continuous AI optimization and may change with notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your studio credentials and all actions taken within your workspace.
You retain full ownership of uploaded assets and generated videos. We require a limited license only to process your requests.

Studio credits and subscription fees are clearly listed at the point of purchase. Automatic renewals can be managed within your dashboard. Refunds are governed by our high-fidelity service level agreements.
Adava is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% AI accuracy, we do not guarantee specific marketing results or uninterrupted access. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding three-month period.
These terms are governed by the laws of France, and any high-level disputes will be resolved within its respective jurisdiction.
